Colonel was the runt of the litter, but that didn't stop him from being bold. When he came to his foster family from the shelter in DC, he was the first to run out of the carrier. Our adoption fee is $190 for a cat or kitten. This includes spay/neuter, microchipping, combo testing, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment and any necessary medical care prior to adoption.
