This incredibly affectionate little guy was found trying to survive by living on the periphery of a feral cat colony. His long fur had so thoroughly matted and tangled that the only option for our Vet was to shear this one-piece fleece. In his eyes we could see a distant memory of living with humans, and once brought inside, Cuervo’s true kittenish nature has emerged. He is a physical cat who loves to be petted, brushed, and held. He now romps and plays with the other cats in his foster home and with loud purrs will happily snuggle into his foster dad’s lap. Cuervo was approximately 18 months old this spring, and his cinnamon-accented buff-colored coat should be fully grown out by this fall.
