Thrust into this world alone, Rasputin had not yet even opened his eyes as he wondered why those at a “shelter” wanted to kill him. What had he done? Lucky to be alive, this little kitten spent his first weeks in cages at a series of rescue facilities until he came to his current foster home. Here there were cat trees to climb, and toys to chase, and other kittens with whom to play. But most of all, there was room to run. And run he does! This foster parent has never seen a kitten with more energy and sheer “joie d’vivre” (enjoyment of life). Rasputin is a survivor and you see that in his face. His overwhelming affection will daily remind his forever person that together they can weather anything and still love life. Rasputin will be about 9 weeks old the first of January.
