Little Buddies takes the adoption process very seriously. We carefully screen each applicant, using the contents of this application to help the best match between the animal's awaiting adoption and their prospective adopters. Adopting a cat/kitten requires a significant commitment, daily food and water, a clean litter box, plus veterinary care when needed. If you are not prepared to provide this, you should probably not adopt a companion animal. Completing this application does not guarantee that you have been approved. Little Buddies reserves the right to decline an application without releasing our reasons why. 

Step 1: Fill out this Adoption Application.
Step 2: Upon receipt, one of our Adoption Coordinators will contact you for a phone screening.
Step 3: Your personal, veterinarian and landlord references will be checked.
Step 4: One of our Adoption Coordinators will visit you at home (in person or video).
Step 5: Once approved, you will be put in touch with the appropriate Foster Parent to arrange for you to meet your little buddy.
Step 6: You will be provided an Adoption Agreement, and your Adoption Fee will be collected.
And finally, you are ready to take your little buddy home!
