Without people like you to foster, we would be unable to pull these abandoned animals to safety. Many of our rescues come from unsafe conditions and shelters where they are at high risk of being euthanized. Not only are you directly helping an animal in need, but you also get to witness their transformation firsthand. You get to watch them grow and thrive from the moment they come into your care until the day they are adopted. And knowing that you played a part in giving them a second chance at life is an amazing feeling.

Foster Application Process:

We take the foster application process just as seriously as we do our adoptions. We carefully screen each applicant, using much the same criteria used to screen potential adopters. That means we will visit your home to help you to prepare, speak with your vet, and get to know you and your human and pet family so that we can match you with the best possible Little Buddies. You must be at least 21 years of age or older. Completing this application does not guarantee that you have been approved to foster. Little Buddies reserves the right to decline an application without releasing our reasons why. A brief home visit (in person or by video) is a necessary part of our foster home approval process. You must also have access to email, phone or text so that we can contact you during the day. We require our fosters communicate regularly with us about the cats in their care.
